Rental Terms and Conditions

Basic Information for Vehicle Rental

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25 years, with at least 1 year of driving experience. Rental for drivers aged 23 to 24 is possible with an additional charge.

Rental Duration

The minimum rental period is 24 hours (except for half-day rentals). Days are billed in 24-hour periods, with a 1-hour grace period from pickup. If exceeded, an additional day will be charged.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made by credit card. In certain cases and according to our policies, debit card payments may be allowed, provided a deposit is left as a guarantee.

Required Documentation

To rent, you must present the original identity document (ID or passport) and a valid driver's license, both current and accepted for driving in Spain.

Fuel Policy

Our vehicles are delivered (except in special cases) with a full tank, allowing you to start your journey without delay. Upon return, the tank must be full; otherwise, you will be charged for the missing amount plus a refueling fee.

Mileage Limit

Rates include a limited number of kilometers per day. Additional kilometers will be charged at a determined rate depending on the vehicle. Please provide us with an estimated distance to offer the best rate.

Circulation Area

Vehicles from Malco Rent a Car are only allowed to circulate within mainland Spain.
