INFORMATION AND BASIC CONDITIONS TO RENT A VEHICLE
The minimum age to rent is 25, with a driving license first issued at least 1 year before picking up the car. The rent is allowed to people of 23 and 24 with an extra charge.
The minimum rent period is 24 hours and the invoice is applied to this period plus a margin of one hour from the hour of the day when the vehicle was picked up. Otherwise, one more day will be charged to this invoice.
The payment must be done by CREDIT card. If it is not possible and just for the car groups where it is allowed, the payment can be made with a debit card. In any case, a deposit must be paid. For cash payments please contact us.
When picking up the vehicle, the customer must show personal ID or passport and driving license. Both of them must also be in force and allowed for driving in Spain. .
Vehicles have an excess in case of damages for which the customer is responsible. The amount depends on the type of vehicle rented.
All our vehicles are given (apart from exceptions) full tanked so you can start your way without last minute delays. When dropping of, the vehicle must be likewise fulled tanked. Otherwise, we will charge you the rough amount of the missing fuel plus an extra charge as refuelling.
Our rates include a limited number of kilometres per day. All kilometres that exceed this amount will be charged for an amount corresponding to the type of vehicle. Please let us know the closest approximation to the number of kilometres that you will drive so we can give you our best rate.
Malco vehicles are only allowed to drive in the Spanish territory of the Iberian Peninsula.
ALL OTHER CONDITIONS CAN BE FOUND IN OUR CLAUSES OF GENERAL CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENTS. YOU HAVE THEM AT YOUR DISPOSAL IN OUR OFFICES.
