The American cycling team rents a passenger van and a cargo van from Malco Rent a Car to travel during the races
These races are important events in this sport because they are part of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), which is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The UCI establishes the disciplinary rules of cycling and oversees the classification of races in various disciplines: mountain, road, and time trials, for amateur or professional, male or female.
Project Echelon Racing is more than a team that participates in professional races organized by the UCI. It is also an organization that educates, trains, and empowers American Veterans (individuals who have served in the military for an extended period of time) through exercise and self-discovery. It aids in their recovery and reintegration after the challenging experiences they may have faced during their service and fosters relationships among its members to build a healthy and robust community.
Specifically, the team has rented an 11m³ cargo van to transport their bicycles, spare parts, and other necessary materials, as well as a 9-passenger van to travel together to their destination. Thanks to the spaciousness and features of both vehicles, they will be able to avoid double trips, either between stages or when crossing into the neighboring country.
