At Malco we are ethical, we do not give scares, nor do we have hidden charges. From the beginning, the final price of the rental is given. If you have coverage with deductible, in case of returning the vehicle with damage, you have to pay the deductible amount for the repair of our car, as long as the damage has not been caused by negligence, in which case you would have to pay the total repair cost. If the fault is from a third party, we will return the deductible as soon as we have confirmation that the other vehicle has accepted fault. If you have coverage without deductible, in case of damage, even if it was your fault, you do not have to pay for the repair of our car, unless it has been caused by negligence and you meet the conditions. Under no circumstances will the undercarriage and upper parts of the vehicle, side and rear windows, wheels or the interior of the vehicle be covered. When we talk about negligence we refer to when the driver misuses the vehicle, for example entering a very low garage with a high van, driving on a road unsuitable for vehicles, refueling the car with incorrect fuel, driving outside the law, loss of keys etc. In that case, the coverage does not cover anything and the customer has to take care of the total cost of repairing the vehicle.

For one-time vehicle rental, you will only need ID or passport, driving license and a bank card where the rental and deposit will be charged and paid. All original and valid.

If you are 21 to 24 years old you can drive as long as you have obtained your driving license at least one year before the rental date and pay the additional charge for being a young driver. If the fine is for you as a driver for speeding or any other infraction you have committed, the fine will go in your name and you will have to pay it. If the fine is for some vehicle failure such as not having passed the MOT, the fine will be addressed to the vehicle owner, that is, to Malco, and we will take care of it.
